Union's Terms of Service policies are vital to the health and longevity of our family-owned small business.  They help offer a safe, equitable experience for everyone in our community.

By joining any class, event, training, or other service offered by Union Yoga + Wellness, you hereby agree to release and forever discharge Union Yoga + Wellness and its agents and contractors of and from all manner of claims which the Releasor may have, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, for all claims and damages with respect your participation in classes or activities both online and in-person led by or organized by Union Yoga + Wellness and its agents and contractors.

By booking any service including but not limited to classes, massage, events, or trainings at Union Yoga, you also agree to abide by our Studio Policies and are responsible for any fees incurred from missing or late-cancelling your booking.

 

Furthermore, you hereby acknowledge and agree, as the case may be, as follows:

It is your personal responsibility to consult with medical professionals prior to beginning any new physical activity including but not limited to yoga. You have no known medical condition that would prevent you from participating in any class / event / training / series including yoga or pilates classes.

You assume any and all risks associated with the booking and practice of yoga, pilates, or other activity in which you participate at Union Yoga + Wellness.

You hereby agree that the Union Yoga + Wellness and its agents and contractors are not responsible or liable in the event of loss, damage, or unauthorized use, resulting from or to any of your personal property.

The provisions of this waiver and release shall inure to the benefit of the Union Yoga + Wellness (and its agents and contractors) heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and other legal representatives and shall be binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and other legal representatives.
