WHO IS A MEMBER?
Members have signed contracts for unlimited class access + perks. Folks who pay-per-class aren't considered members at Union.
Contracts are for recurring monthly billings (similar to your cellphone bill).
The minimum commitment to join with unlimited access is only 3 months! Billings continue until they write in giving one month notice to cancel.

Guest Passes
DO I HAVE GUEST PASSES?
Prepaid Members who pay upfront for a 6 Month Pass, or who bought a longer prepaid pass when it was available in 2023, have Guest Passes to bring friends, colleagues, neighbours, and loved ones to classes at Union for free!
DO MY GUEST PASSES EXPIRE?
Great question! Guest Passes are linked to your membership, so make sure you use them before your prepaid time runs out. They won't be available after your membership expires.
WHO CAN I BOOK SPOTS FOR?
Anyone! If you have Guest Passes, you can book them into any regularly running class for free. It doesn't matter if they're brand new to Union, or have visited us a hundred times.
HOW MANY SPOTS CAN I BOOK IN A SINGLE CLASS?
As many as you wish. And if you run out of guest passes, you can always book for guests and pay for their attendance. Trust us: it's lots of fun to bring a big group of friends together an take over a yoga class!
HOW DO I BOOK FOR MY GUEST?
Choose any class from our schedule → click RESERVE → select the GUEST option → add your guest's email → make sure you are paying using a Guest Pass by checking the dropdown menu below → complete your booking! Click RESERVE CLASS
WHAT IF MY GUEST CAN'T MAKE IT?
If you find out your guest can't attend, please cancel the reservation. Since you booked for them, you are the only person who can modify that booking, apart from our staff who are always happy to help. If they miss class without you cancelling the booking at least one hour before the class begins, you lose that Guest Pass. You will never be billed missed class fees for guests.
CAN I USE MY GUEST PASSES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS?
No, they are limited to classes we run regularly. You may use them for either regular-price classes, or reduced-rate $15 classes. But don't forget, as a member you get a discount on any special event ticket you buy for yourself!
