We love beginners and hope all our clients feel comfortable and well-prepared to practice in our yoga and pilates classes.  Tech?  Turn it off and tuck it away out of sight.  Valuables?  Keep them with you.  Showers?  Yes!  Not to mention that we rent mats + yoga towels, and offer filtered water for your convenience.  Injured or pregnant?  Please tell your instructor, as a precaution.
